    Yes, it is possible to customize payslips in Lenvica HRMS to display employees’ standing balance of loans and advances.

    Please go to the module ‘Salary’ -> ‘Salary Settings’. Move to tab ‘Payslip’. You can find the options to customize the payslips on this screen. The option to display the balance of loan and advance is available on the right-hand section of the screen. I have attached a screenshot also for your reference.

    Yes, it’s possible with Lenvica HRMS to do the basic asset management.

    Software users can use the custom fields and report builder feature to manage the assets supplied to their employees at the time of joining. Custom fields can be created as a drop-down list including all the assets the company supplies. At the time of enrolling an employee into the software, the software users can use those fields to specify the items issued to the employees. Report Builder can be used to create reports of items given to each employee and therefore can keep track of those items.

    Regarding your concern, I would like to inform you that it has been fixed in the latest version of Lenvica HRMS. However, a clarification that I wish to confirm is that the software will not send alerts like leave, absence, etc to the ex-employees. The software stops applying rosters once you have entered the Date of Leaving of an employee, and therefore the leaves and absence will not be marked. The only possibility is that you might have added the user accounts to leave employees under any alerts in the software, so for they to be notified whenever an employee is on leave or absent. This was being continued even if the user had left the organization. We have fixed it. In the latest versions, Lenvica HRMS will automatically stop sending email alerts to employees who have left the organization.

    Hi,

    Lenvica HRMS software can already synchronize with ESSL’s etimetracklite, ZKTeco’s easytime, etc, and for that matter, even with many other device management tools of similar brands. The objective is to minimize the lead time and avoid technical hardships that rise when the current setup has to be modified completely; especially when there is a considerable count of machines.

    You can find this option in the recent versions of Lenvica HRMS software. You must choose the device type as etimetracklite under the module devices if you prefer to connect the machines through the software instead of direct connection. The software will import the attendance data of all employees from the essl software as soon as entering details of the etimetracklite’s SQL DB.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

    The currently accessible screen in ESS is for employees to get detail of their actual income tax calculation, as done and approved by your payroll officer/department. It cannot be allowed for normal staff to make changes here in order to run a trial, as it would change the entire payroll figures. Our team has developed a separate tool for employees to check their Income tax liability. It’s a stand-alone tool and doesn’t affect the actual payroll, no matter what changes you make in the declarations here. You can access the tool from the link below:

    Employees can state their earnings and deductions into this online tool and calculate the Tax figure. Moreover, it allows the employees to raise various declarations in the IT act and check on how the final tax figure changes.

    The aforementioned feature is already available in the latest versions of the Lenvica HRMS software. The option can be found in module ‘Devices’ as ‘Import Employees from Devices’. You can specify the IP address of the machine and the software will connect with the device to list all the available employees in it. All employees in the device will be selected by default to be imported into the software but you also have the option to select specific employees and initiate the import. The selected employees will be added to the software with the data you have given in the biometric terminal like the name, employee number, etc. You can edit the employee details later, either individually or using excel if you wish to.

    Hello,

    Yes, this feature is available in Lenvica HRMS software. The software can be configured to run a routine that checks for employees with DOL field entries. It will then connect with bio-metric machines to delete the registration of those employees.

    The Document builder is tailor-made to fit the requirement you have specified. Document builder creates documents in the template chosen by the user, also replacing the merge fields with the corresponding details of the employees you have chosen. It can generate the document, email the document directly to the employees, upload the document to the employee self-service for direct access to the employees. Please check the link below.     Hello,

    Yes, Lenvica HRMS time attendance and payroll software can process the payroll of employees based on different professional tax slabs. It will only apply the slab relevant to the employee, based on the state in which his branch is located.

    Under Module -> Salary -> Professional Tax, the user can define the state-wise slabs of professional tax. There is an option inside each salary structure created in the software wherein the user can choose the applicable PT slab from the list of state-wise PT slabs. Choose the appropriate PT slab for each salary structure. E.g. choose Karnataka PT Slab for the salary structure of the branch in Bengaluru.

    You can find a new option under the module ‘Devices’ called ‘Import from Device’. You can specify the IP address of the machine and import the employees already enrolled in the device to the software.

    Hi,

    The file that failed to register is one which is required for a successful connection with the bio-metric machine of the ZKTeco brand. However, it won’t concern you if you ignore it and proceed to complete the installation. We can register it separately using the command prompt once the installation is complete. The registration may have failed in the first place because it may not have had user rights. You can try running the setup as an administrator.

    Yes, the report is available in Lenvica HRMS that can give you the information you have asked for. Please move to Device Reports under the module Devices. You can pull out the report termed as ‘Report on Employee Badge Number’. It gives you the information of employees in your machine and also of those who are added in the software and who are yet to be added.     Yes, you can configure Kenya payroll structure in Lenvica HRMS. Paye can be calculated based on the slab using Lenvica HRMS. You may have noted while reviewing the software that the salary structures are user definable in Lenvica HRMS. You can add Paye, NSSF and NHIF as deductions under module ‘Salary Head’. It is easy then to incorporate it in the salary groups with appropriate formula for caclulation of those heads. Please check the link provided below.     Hi Leticia,

    Please confirm whether your financial year is correctly set. To check that:-
    Go to Settings -> Salary Settings -> General -> Options -> ‘Financial Year starts from the month:’
    And confirm it’s set as ‘January’.

    Yes, you can integrate the attendance of employees working in the construction site using the text file you get weekly from the supervisors. You can map the file to Lenvica HRMS and then schedule for weekly import. Lenvica HRMS will read this file from the specified location and will update the attendance for you.
