    Hi,

    Thank you for your question!

Yes, it is possibe in Lenvica HRMS to store Aadhar card number in Lenvica HRMS and it can also be displayed in the payslips generated from Lenvica HRMS.

Aadhar card is mandatory for linking PAN for filing Income tax returns. However, in the most recent verdict, honourable Supreme court bench has ruled against the proposal to make Aadahar number mandatory for bank accounts or mobile connections.

In Lenvica HRMS, you can generate the payslips and the information it must carry can be customised too. To display the aadhar number in payslips, you can follow the steps below:
    1. Go to salary settings and move to ‘Payslip’ tab
    2. Check mark ‘Aadhar Number’ box under Payslip Customisation (Refer attached image)
    3. Save the settings

You can now access the payslip report under salary reports. It will display the aadhar number.

    Hello Hari,

Welcome to the Forum! Thank you for posting your query here!

Salary re-processing is not required. Once you have configured the settings required for the earned leave balance details to appear in payslip, you can directly check the payslip report. It will display the earned leave balance details in the payslip.
