Rijoin reply to: Leave Entitlement #20163Hi Bobby,
The leave type will allow to enter leave credits if that box is marked. You can enter the credits/entitlements at Leave > Entitlement.
Are you using the leave balance variable in salary formula editor?
Leave credit has to entered if you are using it.Regards,
Rijoin reply to: Salary Master #20162Hi Bobby,
The salary head will be available in 'salary master' if you are enabling 'master field check box'. You can enter the master value there in salary master. This entered value takes into to salary card value field later for salary processing. The advantage of using master value is the values will keep there in salary master even though you are changing the employee to another salary group.

Rijoin reply to: Work plan import #20153Hi Nithin,
There will be a work plan as per the 'Shift Planner' for the employee in line no 26 of the import sheet. You cannot import plan for employees who has plan already as per the shift planner. Please remove the shift plan from, Roster > Shift Planner, and try the import again.

in reply to: Penalty calculation For Absent Time and days #20143Hi Abel,
The value of variable <Absence_Days> is in 'Days' where in the other variables <Late In_Hours> and <Early Out_Hours> are in 'Hours'. You need to convert <Absence_Days> to hours. That is <Absence_Days> * Planned work hours of a day.
Ex:
Penalty For Absent Time = [<Late In_Hours> + <Early Out_Hours> + (<Absence_Days> * 9) ] * [Rate Per Hour]Hope this helps
