Unable to delete employee

In my organization, we terminated some employees last week.

Now I want to delete that employees, when I try to delete that employees it shows an error 'Unable to delete, since employee is currently working'.

How can I fix it?

Please help me out.

Hi Swetha,

You can only delete a inactive employee.

So first fill 'Date of leaving' in Employment Details.

Then delete employee from Ex-Employees list.

You can see the deleted employee in Administration module. (Administration – Deleted Employees)

Hi Bobby,

Yes, you can delete employees without filling date of leaving by enabling a setting under 'Employee Settings'.

Location: Employee > Employee Settings > General > "Allow employee to be deleted without filling Date of Leaving"
