      Hi,

      One of my employees is not able to apply regularization. He got an approved leave for the same day. But he came for work on that day and forgot to punch in the evening. He wants to regularize missing punch and to credit back the leave of that day .

      Hi Bobby,

      Please tell him to apply for  leave cancellation first and once the cancellation is approved he can request for the regularization.

      Leave cancellation: ESS > Leave > Leave Cancellation
      Regularization: ESS > Attendance > Regularization
