in reply to: Non Payslip Salary heads in payslip report #19814Hi,
This is already possible in 'Salary Register' report, there all the salary heads are shown including non payslip salary heads. This is implemented in 'Lenvica HRMS 2.2.3'. If you have an older version, kindly update with the latest version.
We are working on 'Payslip' report for showing non payslip salary heads and we are ready to release the new version. A new setting is provided for this option from which you can select the required non-payslip salary heads, which are to be displayed in the payslip report.
We will inform you with an update as soon as possible……

First of all thanks for your nice comments on 'Lenvica HRMS' software.
The related topic is already discussed in this forum. Refer the link "http://lenvica.in/forum/index.php/topic,105.0.html"
In the next update 'Version 2.3' this will be available. when selecting branch/department in wizard, now you can see only the next/previous buttons, but in the next update, you can see the 'Finish' button, so if you dont want to proceed further selection, you can click 'Finish' button in the first page itself.
I think this is your exact requirement….

in reply to: How does attend support holidays management? #19716Hi Josephine,
Yes, this is quite possible in 'Lenvica HRMS'. Just go to 'Attendance Settings' screen and you need to select the option 'if an employee works on a holiday, mark the time slot as 'Overtime on Holiday''. Thats it 'Lenvica HRMS' will take care of marking this type of overtime as a different one than the normal one.
After doing this, you can define the salary formula using 'Overtime on Holiday' attendance type, as per your convenience.
I hope you got what you expected….
Thanks

in reply to: Database Backup #19789Hello Mr.Anbu,
Backup facility is already available in 'Lenvica HRMS', through which you can take a backup of the database. Only the 'admin' user can be able to take the database backup, so make sure that you are an admin user in 'Lenvica HRMS'.
This facility is available under 'Administration' module. When you are ceating a new backup, a file(backup) will be created in the user defined path. As you said you need to copy that file to your pen drive. And later when you reinstall the 'Lenvica HRMS' software, you have to restore it to the 'Data' folder of 'Lenvica HRMS'.
Thats it , the database will be restored with your old data. 8)…
Thanks
in reply to: Birthday Reminder #19783Hi,
Yes 'Birthday Reminder' is available in 'Lenvica HRMS'. When you open attend hrm software, you will get a notification window with list of employees who are celebrating their birthday on that particular day. This is not only a 'birthday reminder' but also this will notify the admin, when any of your employees applied for 'leave', so that the admin can approve/reject the applied leaves.
Also you have a report for employees' birthday. There you can select the date range, which will show the list of employees who are celebrating their birthday in the selected date range.
I hope this will be useful for both of you (anbuv & vinod) in many cases.
Thanks
in reply to: Export to Excel for all reports #19778Hi,
Export to Excel facility is available for only one report i.e 'Salary Register' as you know already. But you can save the report as excel format. But we are customizing all the reports in such a way that the user can add/remove/align the fields. Even the user can create report according to his/her requirement by selecting the fields.
I hope that solution will help you. We will come back to you with an update very soon.
Thanks
in reply to: Late in , Early out Calculation #19770Hi,
This is possible in 'Lenvica HRMS 2.2.1'. Lenvica HRMS payroll is desigined in such a way that the user can define their own 'formulas/rules', when creating salary group.
Now coming to your point, When defining salary head 'Loss of Pay' in salary group, click the formula button. A window will be opened which is called as 'Formula' window. There you will find list of 'Variables, salary heads, attendance types, leave entitlement rights, functions'. You have to look into 'Attendance Types' list. 'Late In_Days_Count, Early Out_Days_Count' will give you the number of days, the employee came 'late' or left 'early' in the current salary period. By using this you can define your formula.(Note: If you have the old version, pls get the latest update)
For your reference, i'll attach a sreenshot on defining this formula. Thanks
Natrajanin reply to: Multiple Currency #19750Hi,
This is possible with 'Lenvica HRMS'. You can set the minimum number of days in 'salary settings' screen.
'Process salary for employees, who worked atleast _____ days'. By default '0' will be there. It means salary will be processed for all the employees.
In your case, you have to set as '15' in place of '0' days, then salary will be processed only for employees who worked 15 days or more. This setting can be modified at any time according to the requirement.Hi,
Lenvica HRMS has the 'email' feature, from which 'payslip' can be 'emailed' to the corresponding employee. For using this feature, the admin has to configure the email account(s) in 'General -> Email Accounts'. Once admin's email account is configured, payslip can be emailed to the employees by selecting the option 'Email payslips to selected employees' in the payslip report wizard.
(Note: Employees' email id should be provided in the employee screen). Thanks
in reply to: PT(Professional Tax) Slab #19766Hi Vinod,
Defining 'Professional Tax' slab as per government rule is pretty simple in 'Lenvica HRMS'. Just click 'Professional Tax' button under 'Salary' module. A form will be opened. There u can create a professional tax group by selecting the state. Slab as per the selected state government rule will be shown by default. But the user can change the slab, if required.
After creating the PT group, the salary group has to be created. When assigning the formula for salary head 'professional tax', select the PT group which you created. Once you did this, process the salary, 'Professional Tax' will be deducted as per the slab that you defined in the PT group.
Government forms for Professional Tax(Form 9A, Form 5 & Form 5A) and also a monthly report of PT details are available in salary reports.A detailed screenshot is attached for your reference…

Natrajanin reply to: Customizable Reports #19758Hi Srinidhi,
Thanks for your interest in spreading the useful information on customizing reports, which u got from lenvica.
Thanks,
Natrajanin reply to: Customizable Reports #19757Hi Anusha,
The points, which srinidhi mentioned is 100% correct. All the reports that are present in Lenvica HRMS are customizable by the user. For example in payslip report, you define the fields that has to be displayed in the report. Likewise in all the reports, you can sort/group the report by employees/departments/branches, begindate/enddate, etc.,
Also the reports can be customized into the required format, for which the user has to send their formats. Thanks,
