Updating Entitlements is not automated yet, but the other part is possible already.
Considering the example, if he earns 1 new, you have to manually update it under Attendance – Entitlements. But the balance can be calculated already.
We will consider automating it in the upcoming release. Will inform you when done.
Please let us know your suggestions.
Thanks,

Biju.in reply to: Earned leave #19835in reply to: Earned leave #19833Hi Lars,
'Compensatory off' is not automated in Lenvica HRMS yet. We will consider it in the upcoming release. And I think you are not using a time attendance device(Please correct me if I'm wrong).
I'll suggest a solution with 'Leave Entitlements'. (Attendance – Entitlements)
For eg:
1. Add an attendance type 'Compensatory Off' with entitlement(as in figure below).
2. Now, you can assign entitlements for each month using Attendance – Entitlements. So, whenever an employee works on a holiday, increment his entitlement for the month.
3. Now, when he has a compensatory off, you can mark it in 'Attendance' as a compensatory off.
4. The payslip can show the balance for the same, as the payslip below shows Earned/Casual Leaves.
5. You can add 'compensatory off' to the payslip with Salary – Settings – Payslip Attendance Types.Hope this helps.

Biju.in reply to: Non Payslip Salary heads in payslip report #19815Lenvica HRMS 2.3.2 – Non payslip salary heads can be displayed on Payslip.
For eg: You are using CTC(Cost to Company) in your payroll calculations, and it is defined as a non-payslip component, you can display this in your payslip header.
This can be configured using Salary – Settings – Pay Slip Customization.
in reply to: How does attend support holidays management? #19717New feature in Lenvica HRMS 2.3
You can now assign holidays to a company, branch, department or employee.
Hi,
Managing 300 employees is no easy task. Lenvica HRMS helps you manage your employees efficiently, in different ways.
Lenvica HRMS is designed to automate your HR processes. Let's take a look at a few time consuming processes that you can automate in minutes.
Automated Time Attendance Management: With Lenvica HRMS, you can automate your time attendance management in a few steps.
1. Connect to your time attendance devices. (Time Registration – Devices)
Connect to multiple time attendance devices located at different locations/branches over the internet or your LAN.2. Define your work plans(Roster)
Define your work plans and assign them to a branch, department or employee. Watch Videos3. Define your time attendance rules (Attendance – Settings)
Define grace periods, calculation rules, and select what you want to be notified on; 'late in', 'early out', 'overtime' and so on.That's all. Let's take a look at the results.
By analyzing the work plan and the punch information from time attendance devices, Lenvica HRMS will automatically interpret the data as seen above.
Automated Payroll Processing: The attendance system is closely integrated with the payroll system, so all the data that you see on the screen shot above are already available in payroll system for processing.
You can pay your employees for every hour of overtime he does, also you can deduct his pay for every hour he is late.
Watch videos on how you can do this.
Once your attendance, payroll rules are configured, your payroll processing is automated. Process payroll for all your employees with a few clicks and send payslips to employees by email.

Biju.in reply to: Access Control Devices #19831Hi,
Yes, we do support biometric devices, including fingerprint scanners.
Your requirement is not clear. I'll explain the possibilities with Lenvica HRMS.
1. Biometric(Fingerprint) Time Attendance device with access control.
In this case, you can use the same device for time attendance, and access control. Since you want to control access to a door, this may be the right choice for you.2. Biometric(Fingerprint) Time Attendance device with no access control facility
In this case, you can use the device only as a time attendance device. You cannot control access to a door.3. Fingerprint recognition devices. (Just a fingerprint reader, with no built-in processor or memory.)
This can also be used as a time attendance device. Again, you cannot control access to a door.Communication with Lenvica HRMS:
(1) and (2) can be in a different location(branches), or in the same LAN.
(3) should be directly connected to the PC running Lenvica HRMS.Hope this helps.

in reply to: Break hours calculation in Time Attendance Reports #19823Hi,
You can actually do this with a custom Attendance Type. I'll explain with an example:
Requirement: I want to include 'Lunch Break' in my day program. If an employee works during the lunch break, it has to be considered as work. Also, if he goes out of the office, it has to considered as break.
Step 1: Create an attendance type called 'Lunch Break', with Category as 'Roster – Work'.
Step 2: Create day programs with this type. That's all. Now, if your employee stays in the office during the 'Lunch Break', it will be calculated as work.
Now, you probably understand, why the default attendance type 'Break' has category 'Roster – Break'.
Hope this helps.
