Hi Josephine,
Yes, Lenvica HRMS can do this in a slightly different way.
For eg: As per your company rules, an employee should work at least 4 hours to claim half a day of work. And an employee works only 2 hours.
Instead of marking him as absent, actual work time will be shown against the employee for the given day under the Attendance module. But, during the calculation, it will be calculated as if he didn't work at all.
You can do this with 'Attendance – Settings'. Set appropriate values for 'Daywise Calculation' and it will work as you want.
Hope this helps.

Biju George.in reply to: Thai, Chinese, Korean & Japanese language support #19868Hi Josephine,
As I said, only the translation is pending. As soon as your client places an order, we can translate whole system with professionals. Or even he can translate himself.
The whole translation can be done in a few days time.

Biju.in reply to: Thai, Chinese, Korean & Japanese language support #19866Hi Josephine,
Lenvica HRMS supports unicode, and hence all unicode supported languages. So, all these languages are already supported. Only the translation is pending.
I've attached a screen shot scribbled with Japanese.
Employee thin clients are already available, and works well over the internet. Web client will be ready very soon.

Biju George.Hi Linda,

Bijuin reply to: Variable increment/Salary #19859Hi Lars,
So, you want to add a changeable increment field to all your employees. And only the best employee gets the increment. Correct me if I'm wrong.
1. Create a Salary head, add it to all your salary groups. Call it 'Allowance – employee of the month' or whatever you want.
2. If the value for the salary head is ZERO, it won't be displayed in the payslip. (It's based on Salary – Settings)
3. Before processing salary, use 'Salary Card' to update the value of Salary Head for the 'best employee of the month'.
4. You will also have to clear the increment for the 'best employee of the previous month'.Hope this helps.

Biju.in reply to: IN/OUT details – how to control in the software #20312Hi Roland,
As you have a time attendance device with IN/OUT option, we request you to use the same. (Press IN/OUT and flash your card in the device)
And the solution suggested by you may not work in a practical situation. For eg: An employee forgets to punch when he goes out, but punches when he is back from his break. Also, looking at the device, an employee cannot figure out whether he is punching IN or OUT.
The software has an option to consider the first punch of the day as IN and the last punch of the day as OUT. But we recommend you to use your device properly, and upgrade it with an exit reader later on.

Usually, when an employee uses more leaves than he is entitled to, it results in a 'Loss of pay'.
But we will consider this requirement in the upcoming release.
Thank you for your patience.
