The video in the link below will answer questions 1 & 2:
http://www.lenvica.in/showvideohelp.php?swfile=Ros_RegularWorkPlanner&swfheight=672&swfwidth=900In the video, the work plan is applied on week days. You should also select 'Saturday', as it is a working day for you.

Biju George.in reply to: Salary Card – ‘Rate Per Day’ varies every month #19885Hi Josh,
It's not necessary that you use the field 'Rate Per Day'.
Instead, you can create a new 'non-payslip' salary head called 'Rate per day' and you can specify a formula against it.
Rate per day = Basic Pay / Employer Work Days; { or something similar}
So, 'rate per day' will be calculated every month, and you don't have to modify the salary card every month.
And as you know, you can use the new salary head in other calculations.

Biju George.in reply to: Remote Biometric device Access from Lenvica HRMS #19881Hi,
If I understand you well, you have a device at a location where you have access to internet but no static IP address. And you want 'Lenvica HRMS' to communicate with the device.
We don't have a solution right away, but can build a solution for you.

Looks like the 'Salary Card' is not configured for your employees. Request you to take a look at the payroll videos available within Lenvica HRMS. The videos are also available in the link below:

Biju Georgein reply to: Show Ex-Employees in a different color #19658Hi Josh,
You can change it yourself. The 'pale yellow' is actually the windows 'tooltip' color.
Follow the steps below, and you can change it right away.
1. Go to 'Display Properties' (Right click on your desktop then pick 'Properties')
2. Choose tab 'Appearance'. If you are using Windows XP, click 'Advanced'.
3. Select the item 'ToolTip' and change it to another color. See images below.Warm Regards,
Bijuin reply to: Error while installing Lenvica HRMS #20304Hi Josephine,
I don't think this has anything to do with Lenvica HRMS. As you see, AttendEval.exe is just another executable file. And you have problem running the executable.
If another instance of Lenvica HRMS was running, you will get a different error.
This looks more like a virus, check your operating system :)
Warm Regards,
