    Hi,

You can upgrade your 'Lite' version to 'Enterprise' with the same database. And it's recommended to upgrade to Enterprise for the following reasons.

    1. Multiple users can work with Lenvica HRMS at the same time.
    2. These users can work over the LAN/WAN
    3. Multiple attendance devices can be connected
    4. Employee Self Service(Employees can access their data online)
    5. All features of Professional and Lite versions included

    Hope this helps.

    Warm Regards,
    Biju.

    Hi Aman,

So, you want to delete and restore inactive employees in your database.

Yes, this is possible with Lenvica HRMS.

Lenvica HRMS will keep all the data related to employees for ever. But you can delete inactive employees, and also restore them when you require data related to them.

The restore option is available under Administration module. (Administration – Deleted Employees)

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Josh,

Yes, Lenvica HRMS has support for these currencies by default.

Omani Rial is special, because it has 3 decimals. Lenvica HRMS already supports all currencies with 2 decimals.

    Hi Harshini,

You can connect eSSL devices to Lenvica HRMS right away.

    1. Go to Time Registration -> Devices.
    2. Add a new device.
    3. Choose device type 'Direct' (Direct Communication with the attendance device)
    4. Select device 'ZK'.
    5. Enter the IP address of the device.

That's it. Lenvica HRMS will take care of the rest.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

You definitely need to upgrade to Lenvica HRMS Enterprise.

This will allow multiple users to use Lenvica HRMS at the same time. You can assign different rights to each user(Administration – Rights).

If you have employees from different geographical locations, you should use the ESS facility in Lenvica HRMS. With this your employees can use a web browser to login and fill their attendance information.

Also, if you have an attendance device in another location, Lenvica HRMS can pick data from that attendance device through the internet.

    Hope this helps,

    Biju.

    Hi,

We want to reduce your cost of implementation by supporting legacy devices.

If the device is already listed in Lenvica HRMS(Divya, RTA-600), the software can directly communicate with the devices. You can do this in Time Registration – Devices. We will soon release a video on how to add a device to Lenvica HRMS.

If the device is not known to Lenvica HRMS, you can do a mapping(a video on mapping is already available).

If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us.

    Warm Regards,
    Biju.

    Hi Stefan,

Hope it works for you already. I'll mention one point.

You can schedule an import to happen in a regular interval, say every 10 minutes.

There is an alternative. You have Lenvica HRMS Communicator running in your taskbar. Right click on the communicator, and 'refresh'. Then the data will be imported right away. If you want to import data manually, this is a better option.

    Hi Stefan,

You have to map only once.

Each time you want to import, create the file in the same name.

Lenvica HRMS will take a backup of the data file after importing each time.

    Hope this helps.

    Dear Stefan,

If your data has different codes for IN and OUT, you can mention it while mapping. But your data doesn't seem to have both IN and OUT.

In our video example, IN/OUT is determined by the last two characters in the data.

    32 for IN
    3C for OUT

As you say, your data shows 'O' for both IN and OUT. So, you can specify

    In Code = O
    Out Code = X

So, all the data will be treated as IN.

But if there is a way to get both IN and OUT in your data file, your attendance data will be accurate. Otherwise, you can consider only the first IN, and last OUT for the day. (Settings – Time Registration)

Also, the badge number is repeated.

BBBBBVBBBBBVDDVMMVYYYYVHHVNNVC this can be changed to
    BBBBBVVVVVVVDDVMMVYYYYVHHVNNVC

    Hope this helps.

    Warm Regards,

    Hi,

You have to upgrade to Lenvica HRMS – Enterprise.

The enterprise version includes a server, clients(for managers), and also thin clients(for employees).

The server can connect to many time attendance devices. Several clients can work at the same time, from different locations. Employees can use the thin-client or a web browser to access their data over the internet.

Yes, employees can apply for leaves online. Managers can approve them also. Employees can also view their pay slips and there is much more.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Josephine,

This is not a feature available to everyone. Please send a request to support@lenvica.com and you will receive an updated Registration key with this feature enabled.
