You need the latest update from us. Please download it from http://www.lenvica.in/updates
Earlier ZK was not providing FP algorithm 10 in the B&W devices. It was reserved for colour TFT devices only. Lately they introduce this combination. Those who are purchasing new B&W devices from ZK Software should apply this update.

Kindly check the 'PF Age Limit' option available under menu 'Salary -> Salary Setting – General (Tab)'. By default it is set to 58. This particular employee might be aged more than 58. Please note his DOB entered in the employee module to verify his age.
PS: Please check with your PF consultant about the age limit

An additional option is being added to 'Lenvica HRMS' solution wherein you can define break in shift duties. This is slightly different from the existing 'shift planner'. This is being used by certain customers as of now. The public release will be available by Feb 2012.

Probably you must be using an old version of Lenvica HRMS. Please upgrade to latest version (http://www.lenvica.in/updates). You will find parameters for number of night shift and other shifts in the payroll formula editor.

Besides the push technology, we have solution for all the existing customers who already invested in biometric devices. You will be provided with a small tool called 'Client Communicator' which allows you to update the attendance data to 'Lenvica HRMS' Enterprise server from the remote locations. No requirement for static IP & router/modem!
This will be useful for those customers who work at project site where they have limited internet infrastructure. In a typical situation the project manager/supervisor can update the attendance data to centralised server through his laptop from the work site.
