    Hi Biju,

    This seems to be a nice feature in Lenvica HRMS.

    I was worrying that there were no reports for Loan/Advance in Lenvica HRMS. But now after downloading this update, i'm able to create reports for Loan/Advance.

    I'm very much impressed on this feature, because i dont have to worry anymore for the reports, instead i can make my own reports.

    Hi,

    Will Lenvica HRMS supports 'Finger Print Scanner'?

    I mean, can i use 'Finger Print Scanner' as an attendance device? Because if it is possible, i can use it for a particular door which may be rarely used by the employees.

    Thanks for your quick response. I'll define this rule in 'Attendance Settings' and i hope that the salary calculation also will be based on this setting.

    Thanks for your response…..

    But i removed the viruses in my pc using some antivirus programs, so i'm not reinstalling 'Lenvica HRMS'.

    But anyway i'm planning to take database backup every week. Is there a way to automate this process somehow?

    Whether 'Lenvica HRMS' has the 'scheduler' facility, so that i can schedule the backup process at the midnight and also the database backup can be done even if the concern person is on leave/vacation.

    If this facility is not available in 'Lenvica HRMS' right now, can i have this as an additional feature?

    In 'Lenvica HRMS – Lite', i'm manually adding leaves for my employees through 'Attendance' screen. But is there a simple way that the employee can apply their leave online and the admin can approve/reject the applied leaves?. Do u have any web interface or similar interface for this purpose? I'm not finding this type of interface in 'Lenvica HRMS – Lite' vesion. If i get the latest update will it work? or is it available with any other version of 'Lenvica HRMS'?

    Please reply me as soon as possible since i'm in need of having this feature.

    Hi Mr.Natrajan,
        I have one more query regarding payroll. In my company, there is a rule that the employees who worked less than 15 days in a month wont get their salary i.e., employee has to work minimum of 15 days in a month. Can i provide this condition when processing the salary? or i've to select the required employees manually in the wizard?, Is there a straight forward method?
        Pls help me, because this will happen frequently in our office. :)

        Thanks for your reply. It really helped me in configuring 'Multiple currency' for my employees. Also thanks for the screeshot, since that that clearly shows where to set the currency. I saw many payroll softwares, but only few are supporting 'multiple currencies' feature and your 'Lenvica HRMS' payroll remains at the top, as per my concern.
