Yes, it is possible to display earned leave balances in the payslip. You can enable this option under Salary Settings -> 'Payslip' Tab. You must choose Earned Leave in the 'Payslip Attendance Types'. This will display the count of Earned leaves consumed by the employee in that month of which the payslip is generated. Furthermore, the opening and closing balances of Earned leave can be displayed if the tick mark under 'Include Entitlements' is checked. Kindly reference the screenshots of 'Payslip Settings' attached. Also attached is one old payslip pulled out after enabling the feature to display the Earned Leave balances in Payslips.

Yes, you can apply for half-day compensatory off through Lenvica HRMS Employee Self Service.
In Lenvica HRMS, the comp-offs are entitled to the employee based on the compensatory works previously done by the employee; and has this compensatory work entry approved by the reporting manager through compensatory work application in Employee Self Service. The compensatory work and the compensatory off duration should match while raising the application. A half-day compensatory work done in the past by an employee will allow the employee to avail a half-day compensatory off in future.
in reply to: Option to clear attendance records in the device? #20284The option to set the software to clear the device of attendance is under 'Devices' in Time Registration module.
You can mention the count in the field under devices. Lenvica HRMS ensures all data has been brought into the software database prior clearing the device attendance punch records.
In order for you to connect to you Fingerprint Reader remotely, you do not need to do anything in the Fingerprint Reader itself; instead, you need to configure your network settings where your reader is.
Here what you need to know before you can proceed:
- You need to know the IP of the Fingerprint Reader. Make sure you can ping it from any computer on the same LAN as the Fingerprint Reader.
- Fingerprint Reader by ZK Technology uses UDP port 4370. Very rarely that this port would be modified. So you can safely assume this is the correct port. (http://www.lenvica.com/setting-up-time-attendance-access-control-device-using-dynamic-dns-attendhrm/)
- You need to have static IP or you can configure Dynamic DNS. Lots of routers support Dynamic DNS option. If you do not know how to do this, you can find lots of information on Google.
- You router must support Port Forwarding and you need to have access to your router.
- Finally, you can add the device in Lenvica HRMS software under Time Registration module(http://www.lenvica.com/how-to-add-time-attendance-access-control-biometric-device-into-attendhrm/).
Now that you have this information, you need to log into your router and configure port forwarding. You need to open any UDP port and redirect it to the local IP address of your Fingerprint Reader with port 4370.
Now you should be able to access your device by using your static IP or host name and the port you’ve chosen.

Universal account number or UAN is a unique number given to every member of Employees Provident Fund. This 12 digit number links various EPF members ID. The UAN does not change in lifetime. You can change many jobs, but this number will be with you. This number does not replace PF number. Rather, it is an additional number. Every employee gets the universal account number. Currently unemployed can also get the UAN. Even a student can also get UAN upfront before joining the employment. Within six months EPFO has successfully allotted the UAN to all the current employees. Now it has given this facility to the trust PF members and unemployed PF members. I recommend that you should get your UAN number as soon as possible.
Fortunately, for the UAN you don’t need the employer. If your employer didn’t tell you the universal account number, You can get UAN online. EPFO is trying hard to establish direct connection with employee and reduce the role of employer. You must be aware of the high handedness of many employers, because of the PF key.
Features of Universal Account Number- An employee will get only one universal account number
- You will have same UAN in different jobs within the country
- Change jobs as much as you want, the EPF will follow you.
- This number would be attached to your identity.
- The KYC documents are used for authentication of the universal account number.
- The EPFO portal issues the UAN. The Employers tell UAN to the employees.

To configure the times rate per hour, you have to choose the option while adding the head to the salary group itself. It is available as the third option while adding the head to a group and click on plus button below to integrate the attendance type that has to considered while doing the processing. Then go to salary card of the employee and on top left you can see a field called Rate per hour. Give the rate per hour of the employee there.
For e.g. If you are adding basic pay then choose the value as times rate per hour and change the value to one or higher depending on the rule at your firm. Then choose the attendance type as work time. After the group is created then go to the salary card and define the rate per hour of that employee on the top left field. For the same group if OT is there then add OT to the salary group and suppose if you are paying two times rate per hour then give the value there as 2 time rate per hour and choose the attendance type as OT.

There are two options to bring the data of Attendance machine to our device.
First is a manual process where you can use a pen drive to store the attendance data and then put the file in server and specify the path in Time Registration under Devices -> Mapping
Second method is to port forward firebird port 3050 at the host location itself and then in the remote location where the device is there we need to install communicator, connection manger and ITAS.CON. in the connection manger path give the db path. Also location should be matching in communicator in remote location and also in devices at head office.
The second method would require more details to implement, please contact your support executive.

Please move to ex-employees' screen and there you can find the date of leaving. Click to select the year of date of leaving and click on delete. This will bring back the AD in date of leaving. You can click on save and your employee will be moved to the active employees' list.

Yes, it is now possible to enroll users from software directly. However, you will need to upgrade to a later version than .3.8.61 to use this feature.
This feature has been introduced in Time Registration as an icon called Enroll Users.

Atttached is the income tax slab rate. The income tax slab rates are different for non senior, senior(60 and above) and super senior citizens(80 and above).

Please go to the income tax settings in the income tax module. It will be in the General Settings tab when you click but move to the Salary Heads tab where you can find the fields to map the salary heads in system to the corresponding user defined heads.
The head you have mentioned in above post is 'Driver Pay Allowance' which I infer is corresponding to the Driver Salary head in our system. Please map it accordingly and it will be automatically considered for TDS calculations.
