in reply to: Database Backup #19791
Hi,
This feature is already added to Lenvica HRMS. With this, you can schedule the 'Database Backup' process with preferable date/time. After scheduling 'Lenvica HRMS' will automatically take the backup of the database and store it in the user defined path.
Kindly contact us to avail this feature…

Natrajin reply to: Error with normal windows user. #19936Hi Murali,
It seems that the non-admin user has limited access. But Lenvica HRMS requires minimum privilege to work.
Kindly contact support@lenvica.com for online support to get assistance.

Natrajin reply to: Manual Punching & Work time report #19929Hi,
Kindly try the alternate solution which i mentioned in my previous reply. Change the Import option in Attendance settings. I'll attach a screenshot for this purpose (change the parameters as per the requirement).
One more solution is, instead of adding the attendance in Manual Punching, just mark the attendance directly in 'Attendance' screen. I hope that you know how to do that.
Hope this will solve the issue.
In case any assistance is required, do not hesitate to contact us.

Natrajin reply to: Manual Punching & Work time report #19927Hi,
It seems that the work plan(shift) is not assigned for that employee.
If there is no work plan, then the system will expect minimum 2 punches per day for the attendance, otherwise it'll be marked as 'Missing Punch'.
I would prefer you to create work plan and assign employees to the corresponding plan.
But one more solution is available, i.e to change the attendance import settings.
1. Goto Attendance -> Attendance Settings -> Click 'Import' tab
2. Select the 3rd option "Consider all entries for work hours" and set other required parameters and save the settings.
3. Clear Attendance data using 'Clear Data'
4. Open Attendance screen to re-import the data into attendance using the new settings. This will import the data as 'Work Time' or 'Overtime' as per your settings.
I hope this will help you to solve the issue.

'Microsoft Excel' needs to be installed in your pc, since the 'export to excel' option will export the data as Excel sheet.
So installing MS Excel will solve this issue.

Natrajin reply to: Error While Importing Employee Data #19877Hi Josephine,
Kindly close the csv file(if it is opened) which is to be imported, before importing.
If the file is kept open when importing, then it will throw an error message as you mentioned.
I hope that this will help you…

Natrajin reply to: Lenvica HRMS Lite – Salary periods #19875Hi Linda,
Yes, in 'Lenvica HRMS – Lite' version, you can process salary for maximum of '3' salary periods. You need to upgrade to either 'Professional' or 'Enterprise' version for further processing.
Also deleting the salary period, wont affect the leave balance, unless it is modified in 'Attendance'.
Kindly verify the 'Begin Date' & 'End Date' for the newly created salary period.
In case, if you cannot able to solve this issue, kindly inform us to help you online.
Also attach the screenshots of both 'payslip' report and 'entitlement' report for our reference.

Natrajin reply to: How to export report to single excel sheet… #19874Hi Josh,
I hope that you are speaking about 'Saving a report' as an 'Excel' file.
There are two options available, for saving a report as an Excel file:
1. All the pages of the report can be printed in one sheet of an excel file
2. Every page of the report can be printed as different sheet in the excel file. This can be done by selecting 'Save as type' as either 'Excel file' (pt 2) or 'Excel file (one sheet)' (pt 1) in the 'save' dialog.
A screeshot is attached for your reference.
I hope this helps you…
Regards,
Natraj -
