A new tab will appear under Employee Settings where you can add or edit the items in this list.

Apologies on the delay! Answers below:

1. how can I know who will have day off on a particular day from the sift employees
The day off is for a batch of employees. For eg. Batch A is holiday today.

2. it is possible to  let attend HRM check if the employee work 8 hours or not ?
Either you can change the employee from one shift to the other. Or yes, Lenvica HRMS can calculate whether employee worked at least 8 hours.

3. Some attendance software  have a feature if the duration between punches is less than 10 minutes , keep one of them , as the first in or last out .
This is not possible now. We don't make assumptions on the punches, as some of our customers need accuracy of 1 minute. But we will consider to include this option. Thank you for mentioning.

4. what I need is different, as we haven't  time for break, Is it possible to add the feature of keep one of the duplicated punches.
You need to clarify this one.

5. So To  solve this issue  , I remove the work plan for this day and then insert the casual leave , it is RIGHT OR NOT
It's not required. You don't have to remove the plan.

1. There is an option under Attendance – Settings – Tab 'Import'
*Consider first and last entries for work hours.

This option will pick the first punch and the last punch based on his work plan. So, the punches in between will be ignored.

2. Q: how can I create the schedule for this time table?

You will have to make an 8 day pattern with the shift pattern.

Yes, you can do this with screen Attendance (module Attendance)

Hi,

Lenvica HRMS allows you to list employees according a user-defined criteria. With this feature, you can make a list of new joiners. This list can be selected on all screens where employees are listed.

You can create user-defined reports with Report Builder available under module 'Reports' > Report Builder.

This is possible with Report Builder. (Module 'Reports' > Report Builder)

Report builder enables you to make your own reports. With report builder you can:
1. Pick fields for your report
2. Set the sort order for your report
3. Define filter criteria on multiple fields
4. Combine multiple tables, and more

Also, you can make multiple reports and organize them into different categories.

Thank you all for the feedback and interest in this feature. Considering suggestions from users, the following alerts are now available in Lenvica HRMS.

1. Alert to selected users when communication with a time attendance/access control device fails for a long time.
2. Alert to employee prior to his Passport expiry
3. Alert to employee prior to his Visa expiry
4. Alert to employees when there is a 'Missing Punch' in the previous day. (With an option to fix it using the Employee Self Service)
5. Alert to employees when there is an 'Absence' in the previous day. (With an option to modify it to another category, for eg. 'leave' or 'work from home', using the Employee Self Service)

Employee Self Service Alerts
6. Notification to Employee/Manager when a Leave/Holiday/Regularization request in received/approved/rejected.

I'm not sure if I clearly understand your requirement.

But what I understand is:
1. You want Lenvica HRMS to communicate with X638 to check if anyone is inside the building.
This is possible.

2. Then you want Lenvica HRMS to update this information into a file which can be read by another software(The heating system software)
This is possible.

You don't need a device with an embedded web server.

You can schedule backups hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or according to any custom recurrence pattern.

Hi Josh,

This is already possible with Lenvica HRMS.

The procedure to copy is as follows:
1. Register employee fingerprints in one of the devices.
2. Download the fingerprints to the database, against each employee.
3. This can be uploaded to other time attendance device.

You can also copy 'Proximity Card' data the same way.

This data will also be handy when your device breaks down. Just replace the device and upload all the fingerprints.

Please note that this feature works with only selected devices. Contact our support team for further assistance.

This feature is scheduled in Lenvica HRMS 2.7.8. We are expecting to release the same in about two weeks from now.

With the new feature called 'Task Scheduler' you will be able to schedule reports to be emailed at regular intervals. The system will automatically create and email the reports at the scheduled times.

Report Builder allows you to create your own reports, and the Task Scheduler allows you to schedule them to be emailed.
