Hi,

The reason could be back end database, Firebird version conflict.  The update probably crashed due to that! Please follow the steps below….

1. Stop 'Lenvica HRMS' application & communicator
2. Stop the Firebird database service from control panel -> Admin tools -> Service….
3. Download the latest Firebird database and install it from – http://enterprise.lenvica.in/Firebird_2.1.4.exe
4. Start 'Lenvica HRMS'. It must update without any error.

If you still face problem…. please send the screen shots.

Yes, Lenvica HRMS supports photo option of Virdi devices. Please download the latest edition for more clarity from the link below

You have to enable the photo option from the device screen. You will find a icon 'Photo' in the 'Time Registration' module through which you can browse the photos of employees while punching.

Hi Avinash,

'Lenvica HRMS' has built-in Loan/Advance module which is optional. EMIs can be calculated automatically. You can make manual changes and recalculate the EMIs from that particular month. The EMI information can be printed optionally in the payslips too.

Please send your product code available under 'Help->Register'. We shall provide an evaluation key to enable Loan/Advance module.

You can install 'Lenvica HRMS' in the system where you already installed Firebird. But make sure that you have Firebird version 2.1.1 and above. 'Lenvica HRMS' can take the existing service of firebird database.

This is due to Non-Admin privilege. Please try to run 'Lenvica HRMS' by clicking the right mouse button on the application icon/link and choose 'Run As..' option. It will ask you to enter the windows user name & password. You can enter 'Administrator' as user and appropriate password.
