The reason could be back end database, Firebird version conflict. The update probably crashed due to that! Please follow the steps below….
1. Stop 'Attend HRM' application & communicator
2. Stop the Firebird database service from control panel -> Admin tools -> Service….
3. Download the latest Firebird database and install it from – http://enterprise.lenvica.in/Firebird_2.1.4.exe
4. Start 'Attend HRM'. It must update without any error.
