      Hi,

      One of my installation is having ZKS device, but 'Lenvica HRMS' is not communicating.  Please help

      Hi,

      Please check the following…..

      1. Download and replace the ZK device DLL files at <OS>/system32 from the link below
      http://www.lenvica.in/test/zkemsdk_32bit.zip

      2. Uncheck the option ' Keep Connected' under device.

      Well … please check your ZKS device for security password. Please set it to 0.
