Time Registration Settings have alerts those can be setup to be automatically triggered by Lenvica HRMS.

Setting up an Alert

Time Registration Settings is under the Time Registration module. It helps users to setup alerts relating to the employee punching, time attendance devices etc.

  • Double click on the alert to set-up.
  • Check mark the appropriate radio button to set the e-mail alert, sms alert or both.

  • On choosing the mode of alert communication, it displays the content of alert. User can customise the content.
  • To setup an alert to software user, check mark the option to send alert to user and Add the user to which the alert has to be sent.

  • Follow the wizard that pops up and click on ‘Finish’ select the users for who the alert has to be sent.
  • Click on Check mark button to save the alert configuration settings.

Send notification when an Employee punches IN or OUT

  • Double click on the alert to be activated and choose the mode of alert communication whether via e-mail, sms or both. You can edit the content of alert, include software users for who the alert must be sent etc and click to save the alert.

  • Double click on the alert and choose the mode of alert communication whether via e-mail, sms or both. You can edit the content of alert, include software users for who the alert must be sent etc and click to save the alert.

Send a notification when communication with a device is disrupted for long time

  • Double click on the alert. Two alert options are available, E-mail to users and SMS to users. Choose either one or both. You can also setup the time duration post which the alert should be sent in case of a disrupted communication with device. The contents of e-mail and sms alerts also will be displayed below for user to review and make changes if required. Users to who the alert has to be sent can be chosen by clicking Add(+) button.

  • Add button pops up a wizard to select the users to who this alert should be sent. Select the users and click ‘Finish’.
  • Check mark to save the configuration of alert.
  • The green bubble indicates the alert to be active.

  • Activate the alert in following the procedures mentioned above to get an alert each time an employee punches through Employee Self Service
