Holiday Picker allows your subordinates to pick their holidays.
You should define the holidays so that your subordinates can pick them. You may define the holidays at the beginning of the year. You may define more holidays than your subordinates are allowed to take, and give them the opportunity to pick the ones they like.
To pick holidays, follow these steps:
- Go to Leave > Holiday > Holiday Picker
2. The holidays you define may be organized under different Holiday Types. Choose the Holiday Type you want to pick Holidays from
3. Now, pick the holidays and click Apply
Your subordinate’s request is now forwarded to you. On your approval, the holidays are assigned to their calendar.
E.g: You may define 15 holidays for the year and allows you subordinates to pick 10 out of them. You may allow some holidays to be pickable, while some other holidays may not be pickable but mandatorily assigned to their calendar.
You can approve or reject request for holidays, from your subordinates in Holiday Approval
