    I'm getting a message "Entry conflicting with another shift. Line no 26." What does it mean? How can i get rid of this.

    Thanks. The report is in excel format. It looks good. Can i get it in PDF format? Is there any other reports available or options available to get the report in PDF format??

    Tried all the methods mentioned above but still our virdi 4000 machine is not working with Lenvica HRMS. Is there any other ways to make the device compatible with Lenvica HRMS?

    Thanks Rijo. It was helpful.

    Is it possible to download fingerprint templates/registrations to the software so that I can copy it to other devices in remote locations?  I want to avoid the fingerprint registration process in each location.

    Hi Rijo,

    Thank you for the update. Now I’m able to connect the device. The communicator history tab is showing successfully connected. But I’m not getting any attendance data in attendance reports.

    I can see a number of reports named late in, over time, work time etc in Attendance reports tab. What to do to get the device’s data in attendance reports?

    Thank you Rijo for the information but I couldn't find the device name 'C Plus' in the location that you specified. Is there any separate setting required to get it?
