Hi,
The Lenvica HRMS update from 3.8.44 you can directly import attendance data to attendance screen.
Please do the following things to import attendance1. Update your Lenvica HRMS into version: 3.8.44 or above
2. click the 'External Import' icon in the 'Attendance' module
3. Select format
4. choose the File
5. Select the fields from import file and match it with a field in the system
6. Click Finish.Note: If you want to edit or over right current data please clear the current data and use this import.
Import Format
Employee Id Employee Name Attendance Type Begin Time Begin Date End Time End Date
001 John Work Time 09:00 02/02/2016 18:00 02/02/2016
002 Joe Casual Leave 09:00 02/02/2016 18:00 02/02/2016Note: File should be save in .csv format. The attendance types should exactly match with the types in the software

Lenvica HRMS can dedicate machines for a particular sort of punching. User can set a machine only to deliver IN punches or to deliver OUT punches alone and to accept both IN and OUT punches.
In your case, I presume you are using only one device in which case you will have option in the hardware itself to switch between IN and OUT punches. For e.g. if to put IN punch then you have to press on 'F1' button and then punch, else to OUT punch you should press on 'F2' button.

Follow the steps below to transfer fingerprint
1. Click the 'Download templates' in the 'Time Registration' module.
2. Select the source which you want to download.
3. Select the device which you want to get data.
4. Select employees who want to transfer their fingerprint.
5. Click finish.
6. Click the 'Upload templates' in the 'Time Registration' module.
7. Select the devices which you want to upload data
8. Select Employees
9. Click finish.Now the fingerprints are successfully transferred.

The error showing because your Lenvica HRMS is not correctly updated. Please follow the steps below to update your Lenvica HRMS.
1. Close your Lenvica HRMS
2. Stop all the background process of Lenvica HRMS from task manager
(Background Processes: Attend.exe, AttendCommunicator.exe, CodeSite Dispatcher, AttendController)
make sure the listed processes are stopped3. Run Lenvica HRMS update file
4. If you have ESS, then run Lenvica HRMS_ESS update file
After complete these steps, am sure that your Lenvica HRMS will working fine.

2. Make sure that the new employees have badge numbers. If not, It will not import attendance data and don't show attendance reports.Hope this helps!
