      Hello Team,

We are using Lenvica HRMS payroll software to track time attendance of our employees and process payroll for them on the basis of clocked work hours. Our company’s head count is almost 1000. The payroll team consists of near to 20 staffs who work on the software. There are fields which are to be manually updated at the time of adding an employee into the software. Fields like bank account number, offered salary head values like CTC, basic, conveyance allowance etc. It is the responsibility of payroll team to update these values without any flaws. Payroll is critical hence we would like to know whether Lenvica HRMS can store the history of changes made in salary module. The time, date and the change done along with the name of user who made the change is very required. It will help us to easily investigate any wrong data entry, malpractice etc made in the software.

Yes, you can refer ‘the Salary History’ screen under Salary module.

It keeps track of changes done in the salary module along with time and date, user info and the change that was done by the user. For example, if one user edits the values given to any salary head in the salary card it lists the name of user, date and time and the message that ‘Salary card was modified’. If required, you also have option to export the entire salary hisotry to excel sheet. Administrators can easily learn the changes and the users who did it too. I hope this helps!
