Report Builder – Including salary period name in the report header

Hi,

I'm using Report Builder to make a custom report on salary. The report works fine, and it shows the values from a particular salary period.

But, is there a way to show the current salary period name in the report header.

For eg: I want the report name to be: Salary Details for the Month of July 2013
where July 2013 is the name of salary period.

Hi,

Edit your report builder report definition, and add a criteria on the 'Salary Period'.

Over here, you have an option to pick the 'latest' or 'currently open' salary period. If you pick one of the options, the report will be created with report name including the name of the selected period.
