      I wanted to know how does your company provide product support. Do you have branches? How can i get help on using the software. Will you be sending your person to client site?

      pLz help me on this since product support is also of much importance.

      Lenvica HRMS has support in different ways.

      1. Team Viewer(Desktop Sharing) – We access your desktop online to assist you. Download team viewer and let us know your user id and password. We will access your desktop instantly.

      2. Phone – You can reach us over phone in these numbers: +91 80 2454 1669, +91 80 41634559

      3. Channel Partners – We have channel partners across India. Also in many other countries. They will assist you in person.

      4. User Forum – Post your questions, suggestions and feed backs in this forum. And probably, answer to your question is already at the forum.
