How can I manage PF (Provident Fund) calculations with Lenvica HRMS payroll?

You can define formula for employer and employee PF contributions. Explained below:

      Defining Employer PF Contribution
      1. Go to Salary > Provident Fund
      2. Configure the formula for PF Wages.
Refer screenshot – Employer PF Contribution for details.

      Defining Employee PF Contribution
      1. Add salary head 'Provident Fund' to your salary group.
      2. Configure formula for PF Contribution
      E.g.: 12% of 6500 or Basic Pay whichever is lower = (Min({Basic Pay}, 6500))*12/100
Refer screenshot – Employee PF Contribution for details

      Employee PF Configuration
      1. Go to Salary > Employee Provident Fund to add required PF details.

      Hi Rijo,

I've configured all as you explained and its working fine. But I couldn't find the PF Online submission report in the software. Is it possible to generate PF Online submission document with Lenvica HRMS payroll module?

      Hello Bobby,

Yes, Lenvica HRMS is capable to generate PF Online submission document. You can find it in Salary module’s report segment.

Salary > Salary Reports > PF Online submission document.

You may need to install the latest update, if it’s not showing in report segment. You can download the latest update from the link given below,
      http://updates.lenvica.in/AttendHRM_Update_3.4.16.exe

A sample PF Online submission document generated from Lenvica HRMS is attached.

      Hope this will help!

      Rijo

      Hi Booby,

You can set the age limit for PF in salary settings.

      See the screenshot attached.

      Regards,
      Rijo
