In my company, we use monthly entitlement and employee loses pay when he/she is absent for more than the entitled leave. But if the employee has a carry forward from the previous month, ie for ex employee has 2 days entitled and 1 day carry forward from previous month and he takes leave for 3 days. In this case there is no loss of pay.
How can i implement this since i could find only yearly entitlement and no monthly entitlement. How can i define the monthly entitlements?
