How to track ‘Client Visit’

Hi,

My employees usually go out for client visits. I need to pay them allowances for each hour they spent on client visits.

How can I do this? Can this be done with Lenvica HRMS – Professional?

Hi Josh,

This is easy with Lenvica HRMS – Professional. Steps are below.

1. Create a new Attendance type, 'Client Visit'. You can do this using 'General – Attendance Types'

2. Now, when employees go out, you can mark the time using 'Attendance – Attendance'. See Video.

You can even pay your employees for every hour of client visit.
