      Hi,

      I am using Lenvica HRMS Enterprise version and we have two clients. When we take the ESS reports from the web browser instead of loading it on new tab the reports are downloading. Can you provide a solution to this problem.

      Hi,

      This error occurs because there might not be any default application to load the pdf files. I suggest that you download Adobe reader on the server machine and it will fix the issue.

      chrome://plugins/
      enable the pdf plugins
