      Hi Lenvica,

      I am trying to add a new punching device (i.e. MultiBio 700) to Lenvica HRMS. Although i can ping to the device via command prompt, Lenvica HRMS Communication History shows unable to connect.

      Dear Ken,

      Thanks you for your query.

      This is basically a networking issue. Just make sure that the Device and you PC are in the same network. i.e. Both of them should be using the same Default Gateway and Subnet Mask.

      Available In Lan Settings

      Do try it out and let us know.
