      Hi,

"Lenvica HRMS" works with typical 3 tier architecture. Tehre is a intermediate service which controls the machines and database. Hence there is a remote chance to damage the database by its own even when the front end application crashes! (Lenvica HRMS won't crash that easily too!)

In case of enterprise version, the database is always maintained in a proper DB server. The DB can be Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, etc. The DB Administrators are smart enough to keep the DB safe.

In case of professional version, this softwae is shipped along with embedded Firebird. The DB is file based system. It can be secured easily.

There are various reasons for system crashes. Some crashes are severe, a hard disk crash, for example.

Lenvica HRMS has a backup facility.

We recommend that you move the backup file to other media(CD/DVD/Network Drive) in regular intervals.
