I have updated 'Lenvica HRMS' with version 3.1.23. Soon after updating, we found 3 biometric devices are not fetching the data though it works fine.
Pl give a solution….

I had the same issue. When I contacted the support, they asked me to un-check the 'Keep Connected' option from the Device screen. It worked for me. You may try this…

When multiple TA devices are connected, avoid 'Keep Connected' option.
