      Hi,

      I am getting error after applying your updates. The Lenvica HRMS application is crashing. I appreciate your help to resolve this.

      Please mention 'Lenvica HRMS' version, update file version and the operating system version.

      Lenvica HRMS – 2.84
      Update version – 2.9.10
      OS – Windows 2008 server

      Hi,

      The reason could be back end database, Firebird version conflict.  The update probably crashed due to that! Please follow the steps below….

      1. Stop 'Lenvica HRMS' application & communicator
      2. Stop the Firebird database service from control panel -> Admin tools -> Service….
      3. Download the latest Firebird database and install it from – http://enterprise.lenvica.in/Firebird_2.1.4.exe
      4. Start 'Lenvica HRMS'. It must update without any error.

      If you still face problem…. please send the screen shots.
