Lenvica HRMS integrates with Time Attendance Devices and performs attendance calculation, payroll generation, leave management etc. This video explains how to connect a time attendance device with attendHRM. Once the connection has been established Lenvica HRMS will access the recordings of Time Attendance Device and calculates attendance, payrolls, leave management etc.

The video explains in detail how you can integrate your time attendance device to the Lenvica HRMS. If your device is not compatible with Lenvica HRMS, you can still import the data. Lenvica HRMS can import data directly from a device, another database, a text or excel file.

Fingerprint devices identifies the user or employees with their fingerprints. This video illustrates how to register a user initially into the time attendance device. The device stores the digital image of users’ or employees’ fingerprint. Every time an employee punches finger on the device, it runs a scan on the database to identify the user. It then marks the IN/OUT punches which can further be used to for attendance calculation.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology uses radio waves to identify people. RFID card time attendance device is a device that reads information contained in a wireless device or “tag” from a distance without making any physical contact or requiring a line of sight. Employees can carry RFID cards as their ID cards and can punch their attendance very easily in the Time Attendance Device.
