An employer can make advance payments to an employee to cover travel expenses or to make a purchase for the company and so on. Also, an employee may request for a salary advance to meet an emergency. In such cases, the amount paid in advance is repaid by the employee later or is adjusted with employee’s salary; this is called Advance Repayment.
AttendHRM includes an ‘Advance’ module. This allows employer to payout different types of advances to employees and to recover either directly or through employee salary.
AttendHRM includes a default salary head called ‘Advance Repayment’ which is used for recovery of salary advances paid to employees.
