We are running the production department with large number of employees. They follow rotational shifts. Each production batch supervisor submits the roster of staffs reporting to them in excel to HR executives at least two days prior to the week start. It is then imported to the roster into attendhrm shift management software.

Due to various reasons, both official and personal, employees happen to change the shifts after getting approval from the supervisors. It happens quite a lot in our company. Hence it becomes the duty of HR to again correct the shifts assigned in attendhrm shift management software as and when the supervisor informs this. It is hard for the HR staff to keep track of this and keep updating the roster! Is there any work around in software so that the supervisors themselves can handle this?
