    Hello Janet,

In administration settings, you can find the following settings related to password configuration:

    Maximum password age ‘x’ Days
This sets the validity of the password generated. It will only be valid for as many days as specified in the field above. After the expiry, the software will alert user to change the password.

    Minimum password age ‘x’ Days
It’s the minimum count of days for which the password will be valid. A password once set can be changed only when it has surpassed at least the minimum days specified here.

Deny Access after ‘x’ wrong attempts
If user attempts to login with wrong credentials more times than what is provided here then it will be restricted.

Lock user after ‘x’ wrong attempts
Software can lock the access to a particular user for failed attempts – that many attempts as defined here is only allowed. Post that count, it will lock that particular user account.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Jess,

You will have to convert the excel to a text file to import it. The following help video can guide you to import the text file:

    Thanks,

    Sujit
