      Hi
      My ZK essl device is not communicating with the software.
      The Communicator is working fine. The device ip given was a public ip address and it is in the same LAN as the pc is.
      Only the biometric device is connected to the public ip address. I pinged to the device continously – switched on and off the device and it returned correct values indicating that the connection is right. Can you provide a solution to this problem.

      Please follow the steps given below.

      Install SDK files from lenvica.in/downloads
      It contains three files namely sdk files, one auto install file and auto uninstall file.
      First copy all files in sdk folder and paste it in windows/system32 folder.
      If it asks for replacement then run the auto-uninstall process in the downloaded files and then freshly install the files by running auto install.
