      Hi,
      Our device connectivity is showing perfectly and also device is communicating with the software, But the Punches are not showing in software. My device is ZkTecho and i have chosen the devuice type as Zk. but still it is not showing the punches.
      Please assist

      This is because your device is ZK SSR where in device connectivity you had selected only ZK. So Please change the same to zkssr.
