      Hi,

      I’ve received a request for one of our former employee for his 2017 YTD payslip.

      I ran the below report in Lenvica HRMS (Payslip with YTD) and had selected 1st Jan 2017 – 31st Dec 2017, however the outcome for the YTD payslip is incorrect. It seems like in Jan 2017 payslip, the YTD carried over a certain amount. Please let me know if this is something that you can fix.

      Hi Leticia,

      Please confirm whether your financial year is correctly set. To check that:-
      Go to Settings -> Salary Settings -> General -> Options -> ‘Financial Year starts from the month:’
      And confirm it’s set as ‘January’.

      Hi,

      I checked my settings and it’s set up as April.

      I’ve now changed it to January and re-ran the YTD payslip. YTD figures are now correct.
