Hi,

How can i manage flexible week offs with Lenvica HRMS? we declare week offs in the beginning of every month for all employees. 5 to 6 employees will have week off everyday and it will vary every month.

Hi Bobby,

You can manage this flexi week offs with Lenvica HRMS's holiday management segment.
Location: Leave > Holidays

Follow the below steps:
1. Pick the date and give a name
2. Select the holiday type (**)
3. Select employees who has week off on that date

** You can create a Holiday Type 'Week Off'
Location: General > Attendance Types

Hi Bobby,

We can generate this report if you are marking week off as attendance type in attendance screen against each employee.
Location: Attendance > Attendance reports > Custom attendance types report
