      Hi,

      I'm unable to download fingerprint/RFID registrations from devices and getting error
      message "Minimum version required for sdk is'6.2.3.7' current is '5.15.0.102'"

      The SDK needs to updated.
      Please download the sdk file from the link below, http://lenvica.in/downloads/ZK_SDK_6.2.3.7.zip

      Follow the below steps:
      For 32 bit systems,
      1. Extract the zipped file
      2. Run the 'Auto-Uninstall_sdk.bat' file
      3. Run the 'Auto-install_sdk.bat'

      For 64 bit systems,
      1. Extract the zipped file and Copy all the files of 'sdk' folder to "C drive > windows\syswow64"
      2. Open command prompt and run 'regsvr32 -u zkemkeeper.dll'
      3. Then run 'regsvr32 zkemkeeper.dll'
