      Hi,

      I'm unable to generate report 'leaves Approved' and getting a message "Invalid Variant Operation".

      How can i get rid of this?

      Hi Nithin,

      The report which you are trying is an excel report. The message "Invalid Variant Operation" is showing because MS Excel is not installed in your PC.
      Please install MS Excel and try.
