Option to clear attendance records in the device?

Hi,

Recently the time attendance machine at our end got struck. It wasn't accepting the punches of employees. It was later diagnosed that the attendance records count in the device had exceeded the record capacity of devices. The device started accepting punches and worked perfectly once the punhes were formatted.

Can it be automated using Lenvica HRMS? That it must automatically clear the punches from device when the maximum limit is reached!

The option to set the software to clear the device of attendance is under 'Devices' in Time Registration module.

You can mention the count in the field under devices. Lenvica HRMS ensures all data has been brought into the software database prior clearing the device attendance punch records.
