Hi,

I'm trying your TDS module. It seems simple and user friendly.  Is there any ways to give access of software to the employees for income tax declarations? The access is only for income tax declaration.

Hi Nithin,

Yes, online income tax declarations can be done through Lenvica HRMS ESS module. ESS (Employee Self Service) is a web portal given to all employees who are added in Lenvica HRMS as employees. You can find an online demonstration of ESS from the link given below,
http://ess.lenvica.in/
Just click on login button and go to Payroll > IT-Declarations, to view the income tax declaration segment.

Note: ESS module will be available with Lenvica HRMS Enterprise edition only.

It is possible to submit income tax (TDS) exemption declaration proofs with Lenvica HRMS’s document management segment.

Employees can submit their declaration proof documents via ESS.

Location: ESS > My Documents > Add Document
Screenshot attached.

Administrator/Accounts supervisor can download these uploaded proof documents from the main application.
Location: Employee > Documents

My employees use the feature for tax exemption proof upload. Its a good feature. Is there any way to get alert or notification when an employee uploads an income tax exemption proof document?

Hi Booby,

You can get alert on income tax exemption proof document upload from Lenvica HRMS. Enable alert "Send notification when an employee uploads a document in Employee Self Service".

You can find this alert setting under Employee Settings of employee module.
