Is it possible to customize the payslips in Lenvica HRMS payroll software?

Hi,

I would like to inquire whether the payslips in the Lenvica HRMS are customizable or not. Ours is a manufacturing industry and we have given a provision for our labour category to apply for salary advance and loans at times of need. We have been able to manage the repayment of loans and advances using Lenvica HRMS. However, the balance standing amount of loan and advances are not visible in the payslips that we issue. It will be very useful to display the same information on payslips as most of the loan tenures extend many months and employees tend to loose track of the loan payment statuses.

Yes, it is possible to customize payslips in Lenvica HRMS to display employees’ standing balance of loans and advances.

Please go to the module ‘Salary’ -> ‘Salary Settings’. Move to tab ‘Payslip’. You can find the options to customize the payslips on this screen. The option to display the balance of loan and advance is available on the right-hand section of the screen. I have attached a screenshot also for your reference.
