      TDS calculation history will show HRA exemption as '0' although you have raised HRA declaration and is getting HRA from company.
      No error messages shown

      Inside the program it is written to calculate HRA factors using Basic Pay head in the salary. If 'Basic Pay' is not the head being used by the client then ensure that whichever head they use in place of basic pay should be mapped correctly to 'Basic Pay' in the income tax settings. Also check the mappings are correct or not
