Hi,
Good Morning!
I am getting this error with automated excel reports. I've scheduled excel reports to be emailed to multiple users or save to my local drive.
The scheduler history shows like: 'Execution failed with error: Call was rejected by callee'Tried with both Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Office 2016 and still showing the same.
Please suggest me how to solve this?

This error occur when you are running a trial version of microsoft office.
Check you have licensed version of Microsoft office. -

Microsoft Office 365 is already registered and still showing the same error.
Microsoft Office 2016 was not licensed and insert valid license. But after registration showing another error in scheduler history: 'Execution failed with error: SaveAs method of Workbook class failed'

Hi Ribin,
If you are using Microsoft Office 365 and is registered, follow the steps:
1. Create folder 'Desktop' in the following path:
* For x64 processes create the following folder:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop* For x86 processes create the following folder:
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop2. * Open services and stop the service 'Lenvica HRMS Controller' if it's started
* Select properties of service 'Lenvica HRMS Controller'
* On tab 'Log On' change 'Local System account' to 'This account' and choose admin user and password
* Start the serviceIf you are using Microsoft Office 2016, follow the steps:
