      Hi,

We hope "Lenvica HRMS" can provide a substitute to Employee Self Service (ESS) web interface within its present 3 tier implementation. Although there are many discussions about the pros & cons of SaaS implementation, 'Lenvica HRMS' can go forward with 'Employee Thin Client' option for the benefit of the present customers.  Hope this will be a usefull feature.

      Hi,

Will you be providing thin client in web interface? So that I need not install any applications and directly contact the server from a browser to apply leave or see my salary slip.

      Hi Josephine,

You have two options for Employee Self Service. Both options can be used over the internet.

      1. Thin client application – Ideal if you are using project management, or if your employee wants to access from one computer, many times.
      2. ESS on the web – No installation required, just use a web browser.

You can use either of these, or even both.

For eg: Your employees can use thin client application, within the office(this will be much faster). And web browser when they are at home.

      Hope this helps.

      Biju.
