You need to define formula for employer and employee ESI contributions as explained below:
Defining Employer ESI Contribution
1. Go to Salary > ESI
2. Configure the formula for ESI Wages.

1. Add salary head ‘Employee State Insurance’ to your salary group.
2. Configure formula for ESI Contribution
E.g.: 1.75% of Basic Pay + DA + Conveyance Allowance

1. Go to Salary > Employee – ESI to add required ESI details.

Hi Bobby,
You don't require to set it anywhere in the software. That condition is hard coded in the back end. You need to just gather the required salary heads in 'Employe State Insurance' salary head as shown in the previous reply's screenshot(Employee ESI Contribution).

Yes, Lenvica HRMS is capable to generate ESI Online submission document. You can find it in Salary module’s report segment.
Salary > Salary Reports > ESI Online submission document.
A sample ESI Online submission document generated from Lenvica HRMS is attached.
